BIPV Mounting System

The BIPV mounting solution employs solar modules as the roofing surface, utilizing M-shaped main beams as the primary load-bearing structure that incorporates integrated rainwater collection and drainage functions. Each pair of adjacent modules features transverse drainage channels, complemented by sealing strips to provide dual waterproofing protection, with collected rainwater being directed into the M-profile beams at both ends for discharge. The solar modules are installed atop adjacent M-shaped main beams and secured with clamping fixtures, while protective covers are additionally mounted over the M-beams to minimize rainwater and dust infiltration, preventing foreign matter from entering the M-profile beams and ensuring unimpeded drainage functionality. This integrated design combines structural support with efficient water management in a unified BIPV system.
